Three-room Jolly, located on the raised ground floor, is the ideal choice for families or groups looking for a comfortable stay close to the beach. Just 200 meters from the beautiful beach (both free and with beach establishments), this apartment offers a strategic location to enjoy the sea at any time.

The apartment, with a capacity of up to 7 sleeping spaces, consists of a living room with a double sofa bed and kitchenette, a double bedroom, a room with 3 single beds, and a bathroom, offering ample space for all guests.

For maximum comfort, the apartment is air-conditioned and equipped with a washing machine (both available upon request, for an additional fee), making your stay even more convenient.

The property also offers private parking, accessible through a gate located behind the apartment, for added convenience and security.

Note: The apartment does not include access to the swimming pool.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Included in the price: electricity, water, gas, initial and final cleaning.

Apartment with air conditioning available for an additional €40.00 per week. Apartment with washing machine available for an additional €15.00 per week.

Pets: not allowed unless by direct agreement, with an additional fee of €35.00 per week (MAX. 1 small/medium-sized pet per apartment, short-haired).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Security deposit: €100.00 in cash, to be returned to the guest at the end of the stay.

Tourist tax to be paid on-site: €1.50 per person per night, excluding children under 12 years old.

Check-in: Saturday from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM. Check-out: Saturday from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.

BOOKING AND PAYMENT METHODS:

To proceed with the booking, guest details will be required (name, surname, residence address, tax code, phone number, and email address).

Payment method: 30% upon booking via bank transfer or postal order.

Balance upon arrival (cash, check, or card).
