The apartment, which accommodates up to 5 people, consists of a living room with a double sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, and a bathroom. It’s the perfect choice for families or small groups looking for space and comfort.

The apartment is equipped with a TV, microwave, and a washing machine available upon request for an additional fee, ensuring a convenient and comfortable stay.

Additionally, the apartment offers a private parking space right in front, for added convenience.

Note: The apartment does not include access to the swimming pool.

Security deposit: € 100.00 in cash, which will be returned to the customer at the end of the stay

Tourist tax to be paid locally of € 1.50 / person per night, children under 12 are excluded.

Check in: Saturday from 16.00 to 19.30
Check out: Saturday from 07.00 to 10.00

Payment methods: 30% upon booking by bank transfer
