Two-room apartments of about 40 / 45sqm with 4 or 5 beds, consisting of a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, bedroom and bathroom.

They are from 300mt to 800mt from the beach (both establishments and free beach).

All apartments are equipped with TV and microwave.

The apartments can be on the ground floor with garden, on the first floor with veranda or on the second floor with veranda or balcony.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION :

Included in the price: electricity, water, gas, initial and final cleaning

Apartments with washing machine: service to be requested at the time of booking and can be activated with a supplement of € 15.00 per week

Free swimming pool: from 8th June to 9th September

Linen: excluded from the price

Pets: not allowed unless otherwise agreed, with a supplement of € 35.00 per week (MAX. 1 animal per apartment)

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Security deposit: € 100.00 in cash, which will be returned to the customer at the end of the stay

Tourist tax to be paid locally of € 1.00 / person per night, children under 14 are excluded.

Check in: Saturday from 16.00 to 19.30
Check out: Saturday from 07.00 to 10.00

To proceed with the booking, the customer's data will be requested (name, surname, residential address, telephone number and e-mail address)

Methods of payment: 30% upon booking by bank transfer

Balance on arrival (cash, check)
