Enjoy a unique experience in our 2-room apartments, with 4 sleeping places, located in terraced houses just 900 meters from the beach. Whether you prefer the equipped beach resorts or the freedom of the free beach, the sand is always within easy reach!

Each apartment is designed for maximum relaxation: a bright living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, a cozy double bedroom, and a private bathroom. You can choose to stay on the ground floor with a lovely garden or on the first floor, where a spacious terrace awaits you to enjoy the view.

All apartments come with a TV and microwave for your added comfort. Plus, you’ll have access to a condominium parking area with a private parking space nearby for your convenience.

Note: The pool is not available for guests.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Included in the price: electricity, water, gas, initial and final cleaning.

Apartment with air conditioning available for an additional €40.00 per week. Apartment with washing machine available for an additional €15.00 per week.

Linen: not included in the price.

Pets: not allowed unless by direct agreement, with an additional fee of €35.00 per week (MAX. 1 small/medium-sized pet per apartment, short-haired).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Security deposit: €100.00 in cash, to be returned to the guest at the end of the stay.

Tourist tax to be paid on-site: €1.50 per person per night, excluding children under 12 years old.

Check-in: Saturday from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM. Check-out: Saturday from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.

BOOKING AND PAYMENT METHODS:

To proceed with the booking, guest details will be required (name, surname, residence address, tax code, phone number, and email address).

Payment method: 30% upon booking via bank transfer or postal order.

Balance upon arrival (cash, check, or card).
