The apartment, on the first floor and accessible via an external staircase, offers excellent privacy for its guests.

The studio consists of an entrance, a living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette, and a mezzanine with a double bed, accessible via a spiral staircase. A special feature of the apartment is the presence of two bathrooms, providing extra comfort and privacy.

Both the living room and the upper floor are equipped with air conditioning (available on request, for an additional fee) and lead to two separate terraces with awnings, where you can relax outdoors.

The apartment is equipped with a TV and microwave for a convenient stay. Additionally, it has a private parking space within a gated parking area for added security.

Note: The apartment does not include access to the swimming pool.

Security deposit: € 100.00 in cash, which will be returned to the customer at the end of the stay

Tourist tax to be paid locally of € 1.50 / person per night, children under 12 are excluded.

Check out: Saturday from 07.00 to 10.00
