ARCOBALENO - THREE-ROOM APARTMENT IN CENTRAL POSITION

If you are looking for a spacious accommodation for your vacation, this two-bedroom apartment is the perfect choice! Located on the first floor and accessible via a convenient external staircase, the apartment is ideal for hosting up to 6 people in total comfort.

The well-equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your favorite dishes, while the bedrooms are designed for relaxation: one with a double bed and a single bed, the other with a double bed (with separable beds for your maximum comfort). The bathroom, equipped with a shower, will guarantee you all the comfort you need.

The apartment features air conditioning and a washing machine (available upon request for an extra charge) for a worry-free stay. You will also find a TV and a microwave for maximum functionality.

Situated in a central area, just 300 meters from the beach, you can easily reach the sea with a short walk or bike ride. The proximity to shops, restaurants, pizzerias, and a shopping center will allow you to fully enjoy all the amenities the area has to offer.

Reserved parking is available for our guests.

Note: Access to the pool is not included.

Apartment with:
- Washing machine that can be activated with a supplement of € 15.00 per week
- Air conditioning can be activated with a supplement of € 40.00 per week

Pets: not allowed unless otherwise agreed, with a supplement of € 35.00 per week (MAX. 1 animal per apartment)

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Security deposit: € 100.00 in cash, which will be returned to the customer at the end of the stay

Tourist tax to be paid locally of € 1.00 / person per night, children under 14 are excluded.

Check in: Saturday from 16.00 to 19.30
Check out: Saturday from 07.00 to 10.00

To proceed with the booking, the customer's data will be requested (name, surname, residential address, telephone number and e-mail address)

Methods of payment: 30% upon booking by bank transfer
